Capretta Building Services is a family-owned, Cleveland-based construction company led by Larisa Price and her husband, Michael, since July 2024. Larisa's business intuition, combined with Michael's legacy as a third-generation carpenter, makes them a dynamic duo in the construction industry.

Our mission is to help our clients view us as personal rather than transactional. When people ask, "Who built this?", we want our clients to be as proud of the finished product as we are.

Michael is a third-generation carpenter proudly carrying on his family’s legacy and named Capretta Building Services after his grandfather. He learned the trade working side-by-side with his father and grew from an apprentice to a co-founder. Michael’s hands-on leadership keeps every project running smoothly with skill and care.
